This program was conducted for the Emerging Leadership Team at Sysco LABS in two batches: we started from the basics and kept layering the program with modules of communication.
The later part of the program was on Emotional Intelligence and Giving Feedback. The program was not just training, but more facilitation, where the Managers were able to voice out their views, opinions and generate great debate and discussion. By understand the key concepts, the participants are able to apply all of their learnings in practice with their teams. There were several ‘aha’ moments and intrigue on how they can tackle conflict, difficult team members and also address issues with senior managers.
The HR Team were thrilled with this program, so much so, they will roll it out to their Team Leads.
