In 2023, Silueta recognized the need to enhance the skills of their promoted Managers in various areas, including initiation, innovative thinking, negotiation, presentation, and personal branding. To ensure the program’s comprehensiveness, we conducted a thorough assessment of their current skills and professional mindset right from the outset.
To foster holistic development, we assigned projects to the cohorts that aimed to improve their initiation, innovative thinking, team motivation, collaboration, and communication skills. Each team presented their projects, and I am delighted to report that these initiatives were not only impressive but also significantly added value to the company.
Throughout the workshops, we employed a range of interactive methods, including simulation exercises, practical tasks, role-playing, and discussions. These activities played a pivotal role in fine-tuning and elevating the participants’ managerial and leadership competencies.
As a valuable bonus, participants had the opportunity for one-on-one coaching sessions, which proved instrumental in overcoming obstacles and propelling them toward greater success.
