Service Excellence for Dialog Axiata 2020- 2023

Service Communication for Dialog Club Vision began way back in 2020 at a physical, in-class room training just before the Covid19 pandemic.

This workshop then moved onto online training in 2021 and back again to physical workshops in 2022 and 2023.

It was thrilling to see that each of the Service Personnel at Club Vision and the call centre had key-takeaways which they could apply to, in Service Communication.

In particular, we dvelved into dealing with challening clients and situations. These were most appreciated.

As the only external trainer for this full-blown CV Legends Program for Service Teams, it was amazing to watch the transformation from beginning to end as participants became more confident, assured Service Staff of Dialog Axiata.
