RemediumOne – Rise! Staff Meeting 2023
RemediumOne, a Clinical Research company, based out of Sri Lanka, approached me to conduct a 4-hour session for their staff at their Annual Staff Meeting, to incorporate both learning and fun. The audience were 70 clinical trial research executives from around the country who work tediously to conduct clinical trials for global pharmeceutical companies, most times in trying and challenging conditions.
We began the session understanding each and everyone and then moved onto fun dancing.
We reached concensus on the company’s values and commitment to their mission and vision.
The session ended with a fun team building activity.
This was the first time RemediumOne had hired a trainer to conduct a program indoors in a classroom environment.
There was a lot of fun, lessons and appreciations all-around from the staff to the CEO.
As the CEO Samantha Ranatunga mentioned, “Ayanthi brought about lessons in very crtitical areas in a fun and engaging manner, and lessons that can be taken back and applied in both life and work”.
