Professional Presence
Conducted for 300 participants in batches of 10 in 2024.
‘Get them out of their shell’, was the mandate given to me by MAS Active’s L&D Team.
The concerns were; the lack of confidence, not speaking up and the overall professional presence of some identified Executives.
Putting together this workshop required a lot of thought and my focus was to bring in activities that would allow the participants to let go, shake off their fears of speaking out and showing them the need for Personal Branding and Professional Presence- all in one day.
The workshop had lots of activities, simple workbooks and simplified reference material. 90% had never thought of their own career goals and vision for themselves, which they did at this workshop. We also worked on their ‘growth mindset’ to allow for new ideas and concepts to flow.
There were several group discussions, dancing, debating, questioning and presentations.
Furthermore, these workshops were conducted in Singlish so the participants were made more comfortable.
