Conducted in 2025
Teejay’s executives were already doing strong work. The aim was to make sure that work was seen, heard and remembered, by their teams, their senior leaders and their customers.
Ayanthi Philip delivered an interactive personal branding workshop for 25 Teejay executives. Participants explored how others see them today and defined the professional reputation they want to be known for. They practised the habits that bring a personal brand to life: how they introduce themselves, how they speak up in meetings, how they present themselves and how they show up online. Each participant left with a clear personal brand statement and practical next steps.
The result: a room full of executives who can describe their value with confidence, and who know exactly how to make it visible.
