PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Leadership Code Program serves to cultivate a strong leadership culture that drives organisational success and resilience. The objective of the three-month program is to equip participants with essential leadership qualities and competencies. The program begins with a Self-Awareness Reflection Questionnaire, followed by a mini project called the “Change Initiator” to bring about innovative thinking, creativity and initiation. Prior to the program, the company Leadership Competencies are examined and broken down to practical behaviours, which are then used to customize the program. The two-day workshop (with a week’s gap between each day) is conducted via engaging discussions, Lego team-based activities, role plays, case studies and coaching. A One-on-one confidential coaching session follows post training, to ensure challenges are ironed out and further action plans are established. A pre- and post-training assessment is conducted to measure skill development.
