Ayanthi Philip is an ICF-accredited Leadership Coach, Corporate Trainer and founder of Ayanthi Philip Coaching & Consulting. Since 2013 she has delivered more than 2,000 workshops and trained over 40,000 professionals for organisations around the world.
Ayanthi began her career at MAST Industries, where at just 23 she was negotiating with suppliers across the Far East and customers in Western markets.
She later worked with Marks & Spencer, managing relationships with more than 90 global vendors and learning world-class standards in quality and operations. Those early years taught her what every leader needs: clear communication, confident negotiation and the ability to bring people with you. It is the foundation of everything she teaches today.
Global Experience
After more than a decade in the corporate sector, Ayanthi moved into corporate training and coaching, working with multinational organisations and professionals from a wide range of industries and cultures.
Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, the United States and Indonesia, she understandschow leadership and communication change across cultures. In 2022 she built her own training, coaching and consulting practice, which now serves clients worldwide.
