SHE Leads is Silueta’s Women in Leadership Development Programme, built around self-awareness, confidence and leading with impact.

Ayanthi Philip facilitated a workshop for 15 women leaders as part of SHE Leads. Participants explored understanding themselves, building confidence and strengthening communication. A vision board exercise gave them a practical way to picture how they want to lead, and the session built the mindset to lead with impact.

The result: women who see leadership growth as personal growth.
