Ayanthi Philip facilitated a Women’s Power Circle for 11 women at B. Braun. Participants explored communicating with confidence, setting meaningful career goals and building an empowering mindset. Open conversations, circle time, role-plays, movement and acknowledgements made the learning personal and practical, and vision boards and visualisation gave each woman a way to picture the future she is building.

The result: women who understand themselves well enough to lead with confidence, communicate with intention and make choices that fit who they are becoming
