PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Mental wellness programs contribute to a healthier workplace culture, where employees feel valued and supported. The objective of this half day workshop, is for participants to understand what exactly mental wellness is, and the importance of it, learning practical tools for self-care, resilience and building a supportive community.
