THE EFFECTIVE MULTI-GENERATION WORKPLACE

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully engage, motivate, and lead the new generation of workers. By investing in this training, organizations can better adapt to the changing workforce landscape and ensure that they are able to attract and retain top talent from this generation. Additionally, this training will serve to enhance overall employee satisfaction, productivity, and success within the organization. Typically the audience should be a mix of Gen Zs and Gen Ys and Xs which enables the trainer to facilitate this training via discussions, brainstorming and friendly debates- The ultimate goal being, better understanding, to foster a positive working environment.

Note: Gen Zs are born between 1997 and 2012
Gen Y are born between 1981 and 1997
Gen X are born between 1965 and 1980
